Our client was using a manual process for a sensitive business process. In addition, latest technology wasn’t being used for higher efficiency and integration with other systems used within the business process.

HOW WE SOLVED THIS PROBLEM

We used an existing BPM product to rapidly map the business process to an automated tool with integrations with other systems using SOA architecture. The end result was a drastic improvement in the business process – ranging from people, process, technology and governance.
